History of Computer Source Ltd.

Computer Source was founded in 1993 by two university graduates. Since the company's inception, CSL business executives and engineers have been leaders in the market in selling, distributing and providing solution for technology products. Today, with more than 500 employees nationwide, this tradition of marketing innovation continues with industry-leading products and solutions in the company's core business areas. In 2000 the company became a limited company by shares, and currently the company has seven directors.

Importance of quality and reliability has been the driving force for our support service system. We follow “Quality First” philosophy which is clearly aimed towards a “BUY 48 ” warranty support service brand. Our defined goal is to become a market leader in support service, which we want to realize by gaining manufacturer approval, qualification approval, capability approval, process approval, and finally technology approval. In order to have a full understanding of BUY 48 quality brand, every employee must identify him/herself with his/her duties and have a sense of responsibility to ensure quality service to CSL customers.

Logistics
 Ease in Data Management

An Enterprise-wide Resource Planning (ERP) system in place helps CSL in its management and operational excellence. This data management software helped CSL and its partners to optimize its operation, by way of inventory management, credit control, financial reporting and many more. CSL is one among few companies who uses ERP for service support.

 Customer and delivery

Ship to Stock, In order to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in terms of customer service and flexibility, we have installed an ERP system to monitor activity at all level.

Barcode, We employ an integrated barcode system from stock in up to our dispatch department in order to speed up our processes and eliminate errors. This system reduces customer botheration to a great extent during warranty claim settlement.

 Supply chain management

Forecasting, We have a forecasting system installed that gives our supplier a monthly forecast in a n+3 months moving forecast window. Thus we reduce not only delivery time but also the quantity of stock in hand at CSL and at the vendor’s location. The ERP–system lets us plan our capacity even more effectively by integrating our customers’ forecasts.

Vendor management, All of our class A suppliers are regularly evaluated and rated in terms of quality, delivery, early/late shipments, and over/under shipments. This program is geared to forging an even closer working relationship with our suppliers based on mutual trust and partnership. It is the basis for continuous improvement and increased overall supplier performance. Reviews are made on a quarterly basis.
